Petch's Corner

All of my life I have wondered the point of this piece of wall near Zak's Restaurant was. What is "Petch's Corner"? What was it and what did it mean? Any ideas?

Such a cheater

Sometimes I find it really hard to understand why I take a photo of somebody elses artwork. Seems so unusual and copied, but I cannot seem to help it. Especially since when it goes against the nature of graffiti...

Long for a swan

Travelling down the river one day, I tried to find a swan to take a photo of. Without my glasses on, I thought this was one ;)

Bee

Now, I have to admit, this almost looks fake. It was almost impossible to take this photo with a zoom lens (which I did), and all the other settings were just right. What also took me by suprise was that I only took 2 photos of the creature! I must be getting better!

Need something more substantial, like sausages!

There will be a future when this view will never be seen again. No some much the graffiti, but the building itself (due to be demolished). For a few years I have trawled in this dodgy part of Norwich trying to find the pieces I like (mainly before they are ruined by tagging). I like it cos it looks almost like a mirror, almost.

Skeletons

Back to Covehithe on this one. Usually beaches are alive plaves, but with the coastal erosion that is being experience at this point of the Suffolk coast, it givens the impression of desolation. Hence the black and white photo. With so many trees fall away into the sea to be swept away forever, is this not a comparative to what the human race might face in the future?

Winter at Plantation Garden

This area is potentially my favourite place to photograph. There is so much going on in such a small area (much like my head!) and I am trying to get each of the seasons in all their glory in this special place.

Graffiti Fish

One of my first images, took a while to get this shot (about 20 or so) of an out of focus vehicle passing in front of it. Did get some odd looks from passers by as I was hiding behind a lamp post to get the shot (was there any need for this? I don't know!)

Ronald

Went to the Banksy exhibition in Bristol a few years back. Queued for all of four hours to get in! This is one of the many, many photos I took, Ronald sitting above the doorway to the museum. Chatted to a lady who worked in the gift shop, she said that Banksy himself visited the exhibition (also queuing for four hours I hope!) as he put some of his "Diana £10 notes" into the collection box. Cool!
